On June xxx , during the first day of Summer camp, my daughter got severily injured from a high playground fall. Your colleagues described the playground as unsafe and not age appropriate for her. She was unsupervised, fell on her face, hit her head and rushed by ambulance to the emergency room.
Unfortunately , she was not physically, emotionally or mentally able to return to camp dure to the unforeseen consequences. As I have previously communicated it to the camp Director, I am kindly requesting the school for a full refund since my daughter could not get back to camp due to her injuries.
